Now, i have always wondered (and who hasn’t) what would happen if Orks would meet the Empire and how would they fare. While there were other articles written about how Battlefleet Gothic fleets would fare against the Empire’s Fleet, there is no doubt in my mind that as soon as the greenskins would set their eyes on such a beast they would just itch to loot it. Dare i say, if the movies are anything to go by, the Stormtroopers would be utterly DECIMATED by even a small Ork reconnaissance force.

Looking at the model, you can’t help but wonder how many hours were put into this and how exactly did the project start? Surely there must be a method to the madness and advanced plans have to be made before kit bashing this monstrosity. If you have any doubt on the theme being respected, look at all the grots that are in charge of running the machine and all the ork gunners that man the dakka.

Lastly, armor is deployed on the upper body to protect the most visible parts of the model (surely this would never get any cover save no matter the board that you’re playing) and a nice detail is the token space marine parts displayed as trophies hanging from the belly.
