The StuG III was Germany’s most produced armored vehicle during World War 2. It was designed as a light mobile artillery gun to be used in support of the infantry and it proved to be quite effective at this during the early stages of the war.
Introduction
This is a wargaming kit made by Zvezda in the 1/100 scale (15mm). The box art is nice and the instructions on the back show that this model has ten pieces.
Assembly Process
This time we start with the lower hull. As it seems 5 of the kit’s pieces are dedicated to it. I don’t know why Zvezda did the tracks this way (first time i see them) but nevertheless they snap together beautifully.
Next is the upper hull which seems easy enough. Just add the engine plate first.
And after that mount the gun into the main body and put that on the upper hull too.
Last step is to join the upper and lower hull together.
And done!
